Hey Kef, just a sidenote... that belt is suppose to have appearance number 152 (see here for ref) , last time I checked/picked one up ... are you sure all your files are up to date when you took that screenshot ?.. If not, wear did you buy it/get it ? It might be source of outdated items... ... ... ...

Oh! And I love the idea of a Throwing Dagger/Axe Belt... ....
