Used: Wizard Paragon visual

The visual for this ability I think would benefit from being more like the wave effect from Wail of the Banshee, but maybe with green as the color.

Good idea. I can whip up that visual sometime this weekend and add it to the updates hak, since it'd just be a recolor of an existing one (one of the various "howl" visual effects).

Besides, that hak already has some new minor models in it that need to get out there soon so that peeps other than me can see them in the game.
