Not Used: Dissonance

Just a thought here, but it seems to me that this spell should be on the Bard spell list. In fact Dissonance seems like it was made to be a Bard spell. I realize that this is a reasonably effective offensive spell, which is not the Bard's forte, but it is a natural fit and it would give the Bard's spell list a bit more umph without making them into mini-wizards. In fact it makes more sense than Ice Storm, which is on their list. I would even suggest possibly putting it in one level ahead of Sor/Wiz (who get at spell level 6) since it is so integral to the Bard's method of spell casting. Either way, i think it should go on there somewhere.
