New Sub-Categories for Builds

Yup, I've added new sub-categories for different character builds. I figure there are some players that might be interested in character builds that aren't necessarily planned out to 40th level or that require lots of excess XP for stat buys from Lady Shea. The category descriptions should be pretty helpful.
For those wondering about my style of characters, most of mine would fit into the "thematic" builds...definitely not optimized.
Oh, and I've started having a little fun and naming the builds.
