Runepaint documentation?

I have recently found the rune paint item and was delighted to purchase it. In the item description it says to use the vc command ;;rune help for more info on what I imagine is how to use them and what they do. Unfortunately either I am missing something or that command doesn't work since when I type it in I get no response. I have also checked the forums and found nothing about my Slicus's little paint set. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Try the ;;ts rune howto command.
