Shout-Outs and Appreciations
Didn't think this really belonged in the Roleplay Awards. --and perhaps this might start a tradition of quick Shout-Outs in appreciation of the World and its players. My backlog of players and places and incidents that I've been appreciating has already gotten so long that I'll just have to give a general Shout-Out to everyone I've met and everywhere I've been.
I'd like to say that I've really found a new home here at Aenea, this amazing PW that is so full of interesting and amazing places and things. It really suits my needs, with the world balanced to allowed me to solo explore areas and develop my Ramana when I pop in for one of my necessarily short intermittent playtime sessions. But then when I have time and there's someone about, I can get some nice RP in. Everyone's been very hospitable and exceedingly generous, and really lovely and kind. Also it's lovely that I don't detect the kind of OOC political factioning that made me dread being a guildmaster at another PW. And again, the attention to details, and those just really creatively amazing places and things, make me eager to get back in again and explore some more. I only wish I had more time to keep up my thread of my Ramana's journal cataloguing her explorations and experiences.
Thank you all for such a beautiful and fascinating world!

Re: Shout-Outs and Appreciations
And another thing I really appreciate, is that the world seems to adapt to my character. The spawns seem to adapt to my character and spawn appropriate to her level. It's really quite clever, the scripting.
Makes the world really come alive, and not be the same old predictable spawns. Part of that balanced for soloing aspect that I so appreciate and need.
Lately it seems like she encounters orc advance scouts more often, and everywhere. Which is neat, since she recently hooked up with her own race to scout the orcs for them. Makes me wonder if the spawns are not only tailoring to her level, but perhaps even to her quest tree/state also.
