Iggy has lost it all! help! Empty Iggy has lost it all! help!

Tried loading in today and iggy has nothing..all his gear is gone and just has the base starting stuff. Im afraid to log in with other toons for fear of them having everything gone as well. Someone help me out here?

I just copied over the character file backup. Please try logging in again with Ignatius to check that he has been restored.
