Maybe someone has the answer?
I re-installed NWN Diamond Edition from GOG.com last night. I thought ahead and kept folders such as haks, overrides and erfs. My problem is this... I cannot open a module I've been building in the toolset or log onto it from the same machine that the server runs on. I get the 'missing haks' lists but the haks are in the hak folder. I have gone through and replaced the haks about 3x and still get the same 6 haks in the missing list. I can log onto Aenea and the few other servers I play from the same machine while having nwnx2 run my mod...I can even log onto my mod from my laptop but I have noticed that I cannot use my laptop on my mod (being run on my desktop) and play another server on my desktop. If anyone can figure this out, I would be extremely thankful =) I'm kinda at my wits end with it =(

Hrm. Check the filenames of the "missing" Haks and make sure they match exactly with the filenames of the ones in your hak folder?
Only other thing I could think is that once upon a time you modified the contents of the Haks, and the ones you have now don't have the same alterations, but the toolset would throw an error stating that if anything.
If you can't get it open in the toolset, I don't think you would be able to log in. So I think toolset access is the first step.

I hadn't modified the haks at all but that was a good thought. I actually think it was something with the download from GOG.com because until that I didn't ever have any kind of troubles. Either way or whatever the issue was, I just used an external hd and copied over the files from my laptop since they actually worked like normal. I changed the 2 files needed and am back in business again. Thank you for responding, Dave. I would like to know what the trouble was because I hate the concept of bandaging things instead or repairing. But toolset and server are back to working somewhat like before =)

Yeah, if the laptop files worked but the ones you originally tried did not work.... you could try comparing file sizes and modified dates - that would tell you if they were different in some way, thought not in what way.
If the Gog.com download were the culprit, I would have to think it would have affected more than just that one mod/server. It should have affected all.
