Not Used: Suggested Change to Damage Immunity Restriction on Custom Items
At current, my understanding of the restrictions are that you can have only 1 damage immunity of Physical and 1 Elemental on a custom item and only up to 50% immunity.
This seems a little.... different.... from things that have similar "maximum restrictions" on differing effects of the same type like skill bonuses or ability bonuses, which are capped at +6 to a single one (+10 for a skill) and a total bonus of +10 to abilities (+20 for skills).
Thus I can make an item with +10 Tumble (to offset the -18 penalty that armor provides) and +10 Spellcraft, or an item with +6 Strength and +4 Wisdom. So why can't I, similarly, make an item with +15% Damage Immunity to all three physical damage types? 15% isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things; a 10 Damage Resistance easily amounts to more on average until you hit excessively high amounts of damage (100+). Granted, the two stack, but even so, unless a person starts making a whole slew of items each with those traits, it's not too excessive in my opinion.
My suggestion is to make damage immunities function the same way as skill bonuses and ability bonuses, allowing multiple types, but still only to a given macimum total. I'd even support lowering the cap to allow for this.
