Gamespy is dead, long live Gamespy! Empty Gamespy is dead, long live Gamespy!

Glu mobile, the new owners of all of the Gamespy assets and IP, appear to be resolute in decommissioning all of the multiplayer servers.

This doesn't look like a temporary outage like we've seen in the past. There are a variety of efforts to create active server lists on websites for direct connect.

NWN is fortunate that it has direct connect capability. Several games multiplayer functionality is tied directly into Gamespy's middleware and are unable to function without the servers.
