Busting out the .bic
Heya, y'all!
I can't remember if such a thing exists, and to be honest, I'm too tired/lazy to go searching the Vault/PP for it, so here's my question ... is there a utility that can take the info from a character .bic file and pull it into another form, say, a spreadsheet?
Tanks in advance!

You can try http://nwntools.sourceforge.net/. The first toolset ModPacker includes a utility called GffToXml which converts Gff (the BIC format) into a text XML file. There is a tool to convert back as well.

Re: Busting out the .bic
The was a slick set of tools (LETO + a specific script) that would convert a bic into a document that listed the PC level-by-level, for recreation or posting on a "build" type website or forum. Sadly, I have no idea if I still have a copy hiding in a backup archive, somewhere. Plus, installation was less than obvious. That being said, it is a place to start looking, at least!
The LETO local scripting program was called MONEO, if that helps.
