Epic Magic (Animate)
The Animate Seed lines don't appear to work - I've so far tested one with the Skeleton (10) and Vampire (4). Both were around corpses, and the other parts of the spell go (-10% health, etc), the animation sound effects play, but nothing is summoned.

Kill + Animate Creature is working just fine. A little weak, for an epic spell, though? Is it intended to be a level 1 creature? It's a little disappointing, for an epic spell which can only be cast a few times a day to summon a level 1 undead. It also has the unfortunate side effect of immediately being killed by any other hostile creature in the area (as it only has 8 hp).

One would think that Kill and Animate should at least be of the capability (i.e., level) of the creature it's supposedly using. At least that's what a necromancer told my ranger when he taught her to animate: the better the body, the better the undead produced.
Say, does Kill and Animate keep the same original creature race and model, or does it replace it with a zombie or something else?

It keeps the original model, but not the mechanical race. It becomes Undead, and gains all the Undead abilities - but doesn't keep any of its original abilities, which is a bit disappointing.

Mechanically it currently works like the mirror image spell... it creates the 'base' animate creature, and changes it's appearance after spawning. And agreed, it's very pants for an epic spell.

The seed for 'Animate PC corpse' does not work, either! A VFX plays, but nothing happens.
