Tornado Empty Tornado

The "tornado" is not put into the caster's party, which means the druid can't actually direct it, plus whatever it DOES kill the caster gets no XP for.

And also.... from what I can tell, it's AB is pathetic, meaning it doesn't hit often, if at all, against creatures a 17+ level druid would be facing.
