Online job applications with the 'personality questionnaires....
"It's OK to take money from the register without permission for personal use if you intend to return it later. Do you strongly agree/agree/disagree/strongly disagree"....
I suppose sure, that's a way to screen out the absolutely moronic would-be thieves... but who seriously answers in agreement with that? "Yeah, hire me! Oh, and I think it's OK to steal from you too"....

I had a sim question over a couple of decades ago on a Lie Detector exam for a simple clerk position. The tester had to adjust my answer as I was rather adamant that taking anything was wrong. And I ended up elsewhere, thankfully.
Kinda funny to note that all that has changed of this nugget of human psychology is the internet....
