Semi-Class idea

Just had a suggestion about a semi-class.

The Artificer.

It would basically be a class that PCs could take to expand their access to
PIES, and get them small XP and gold discounts when crafting items.

Every other level would allow the PC to get a crafting feat, and the
in-between levels would allow for the afore mentioned discounts.

Thats just the basic gist, obviously it can use tweaking, but it
strikes me as a nice way to reward folks who really want to
make item crafting/enchantment/creation a focus for
their character.
