Is the warhulk trainer part of the silverstalker faction? Or does he just hate wolfbloods for any particular reason?

I've wondered about him. The 1st time I encountered him, he attacked me on sight. Couple of other times as well, but I don't know why. Seems to have stopped as of late though...
