Tomes? Empty Tomes?

Are there tomes better than +2 in the treasure system? I've yet to find a +3 or higher, or heard of anyone finding one. I realize the higher tomes should be very rare, but it seems like nothing better than +2 ever appears. I've personally checked the various bookshelves, and hunted various creatures that tend to drop books (and those that don't), and nada.

Other books...

Are the orcish and undercommon language books still findable? I've come across probably over 100 each of all the other language books, but not a single orcish tongue or undercommon tongue.

My character Zach currently knows the languages, human, elf, halfling, dragon, orc, giant and devilish(demon). Does that help?
