Do they get dragonform, what dragons, and does going into epic shifter grant anything good?

Dragonshape works as per default bioware. Red, green and blue dragon shapes.

Going epic shifter gets you the epic shapes (undead, outsider, construct and dragon shape).

Beyond shifter 17, the only thing you're getting is bonus feats and slightly better numbers for various shapes' special abilities.
