WTF Wings? Empty WTF Wings?

So a day ago a fellow Beuttlerian became a level 21 Pally and grew wings all the sudden. This was news to all PC in the area and while the wings are not a bad thing I'm still wondering what else has been added to Pally's.

The wings aren't a recent thing, it's always been that way, as it was explained to me it's as if the pc has reached a rather angelic point of being, hence the white wings
