Not even close. That character was about 6th level when that screenshot was taken a couple months ago, and she is now 10th level. I may never personally reincarnate a character, and likely will never have the time to get one to 40th level twice to qualify for ascension.

If I'm correct Eric, that shot looks like it was taken from the Astral Conjunction just before walking into <Bind point or SDI>...

But I can see where your confusion may come from with the mis-leading title that refers to "the next step on the path"... which for most of us Aeneans would point towards the path of lysis (ie levelling up), with the next step being re-incarnation or ascension..

Yeah, RustyDios, I looked at the Astral Conjunction in-game earlier, and came up with that exact angle ... very, very cool! Personally, I'm much happier with this incarnation of the ol' AC ...

And I know what you're saying, ... I have one PC that is 40 level, and one that is really, really close ... so while it is a very cool option to have reincarnation and ascension available to a player, I don't think i will be using it either.

One last thought - correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that header a condensed version of what the Fatereader of Lysis shouts every time a PC levels up?
