Not Used: Races stats

Dear all,

I think, after checking all races, it will be good to know, which stats are permanent, and which are only in some special conditions.
For example demonspawn:
Advantages:
+2 to Charisma
+2 to Wisdom
+2 to Dexterity -> this stat I think is not permanent and I dont know when its is active
Spell Resistance: Level +5
Wings: 25% chance of having on waking, granting flight

I dont know, if there is other races with not permanent stats, but it will be great to know them.

ALL subrace stats are permanent and added to your character at (or shortly after) creation. The dex bonus for demonspawn used to only be added when the tail spawned after waking up, however I believe that it has now changed to be permanent as has the visual tail.......

The wings for Demonspawn are temporary, but the ability adds are perm, I believe. To reset Wings, a Slumber potion allows another Rest check, and are fairly inexpensive at higher lvls.
