Dropping a quest?

Is there a command to remove an unfinished quest to allow a character to restart it?
There was a certain quest I picked up on my first day with Clockwerk that I've screwed up (losing the given quest item) *facepalms*

That'd be awesome, thanks.
It was such a silly thing to happen. I had the heavy quest item on a floating disc..then wandered off to take care of some RL issues...return to see not only the disc had expired but the dropped items were cleaned up
Serves me right for not logging out first.
