Information regarding Alatha

Crideas Bane seeks information regarding the town of Alatha,
the mysterious orbs that are hidden within various places,
and of course, the Rod of Kerotoc sought by an unnamed
Wizard who hired Kerril in the town hall to subcontract
adventurers to reclaim it.

If you share information with me that results in my
gaining use of the mysterious orbs and pedastals,
or the acquisition of the afore mentioned Rod of Kerotoc,
I shall renumerate you to the sum of fifty thousand
gold pieces. This reward will double should your information
result in my completion of BOTH objectives.

Update: I have nearly reached the end of my considerable patience.
I have encountered a puzzle in the northern tower of the Alathan
Wizard School that I am unable to pass beyond. There are seven
Ice Crystal Boulders arranged in a circle. Two levels below this room, I had defeated a number of Icy Skeletons, whose knuckles are capable of projecting the cantrip "Ray of Frost".

I have used the knuckles on all seven Crystals, and upon being struck by the ray, the crystals change color to a more translucent sheen. I am not certain if the magic of the rays is merely being
tempermental... I hope I have not drawn the ire of Lady Mystara....
however, I am unable to make any logical sense of this puzzle past what I have shared here.

As posted above, 50,000 gold pieces shall be awarded to the one who assists me in solving this confounding riddle.

Any updates on the issue for this? I think we discovered something wasnt firing in the script here, but I dont know if you had a chance to tackle it yet.

I thought I fixed it. Let me double-check in the toolset. Yup, that one should be fixed. If not, I just haven't copied the updated version to the server yet, and it'll be done in the next reset (the problem had been a waypoint I forgot to rename).
