What is the Variable Chat Command System (VC system)?

The Variable Chat command system is Aenea's way of accessing and controlling certain functions and options. All commands get typed into the chat bar. Not all commands are available all the time, as some depend on certain magical items, classes, or options you have selected.

I can't seem to find the new commands for the illusionary spell/monster/object spells. Are they in yet, or still on the to-do list?

D'oh! Looks like I accidentally deleted them from the listing for the new page. The commands are the same as before, just add a double semi-colon right in front of them (;;).

Just a little sliver of feedback:

The ;; prefix changes have actually made most of the vc commands longer, rather than shorter.

True, but then again only two keystrokes longer, and the commands now don't have a chance of mucking up regular chatting.

For those who type well, I am sure its no big deal.

For me, it is. I hope I am not alone.

Those two keystrokes have added considerably to my typo ratio (the reason why i was onboard with the change in the first place was for shorter commands), and i dont really see any reason the rest of the commands couldnt be shortened somehow.
