For those of you that use a custom portrait for your character in-game (that's not already part of the 1st portrait pack), you can get that portrait added to an upcoming Aenea portrait collection!

Just compress the various sized portraits into a single file (.zip, .rar, or .7z formats), and email that compressed file to me. When I have at least 6, I'll upload them to the Vault as a constantly-updated collection everyone can download.

I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.

*Bump* ..... I'm just bumping this for new PC's that may have/want a custom portrait.. remember if your PC's portrait is custom (and not standard NWN, Aenea, CEP other players wont be able to view it.. that downsizes player interaction for me Sad

.. I like to see who I'm talking to! )

Also as a side note go through the CEP and extract all the groups of files that have 5 or so named the same but with h,l,m,s,t at the ends.... place them in your portraits folder and you can use these on creation of new PC's ((they won't show up as white squares)) !!

I'll soon be adding these to the Aenea website downloads page, but for now you can use this link: 38 Portraits (July 24, 2009)

All I did was decompress them, look at them, then recompress them all into a single .rar file (rather than 38 little .rar files). Enjoy.

How does one use them? I dowloaded MannyJabrielle's portrait pack, and have yet to figure out how to access them in game. A little help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that all you have to do is put them in your portrait folder (or if you don't have one, make a new folder in your NWN folder and call it "portraits")

Yup, just stick them in your portrait folder, and they'll be available at character creation (not just for Aenea, but for any PW/SP module you create a new character on. The custom portraits will be at the bottom of the portrait's list.

quick question: is this still ongoing work? Just checked through the aenean portrait packs and realised the portrait I use for my rogue isn't in it (not much of a surprise so, since my portraits folder got already 430+ custom portraits without the aenea ones in it Custom Portrait User? Send them in! Icon_smile
