Used: Server Crash Sticky?
I know its not really wanted... but to save on all the bug-report seperate, different, new topics.... could we possibly get a topic sticky for Server Crashes?.... one topic to rule them all.... then when the server crashes its just one topic that everyone needs to look at/ post in... instead of xxxx topics open on the subject... I'll even vote to say that when the server comes back that "recent" reports get deleted.. thus keeping it a clean topic too... ... it could even have a bit at the top stating things like "please formalise your report here .... date / time / timezone / any unusual events you witnessed before crash? / ?what where you doing at crash" ...
I know its a sore subject nd not a great thing to have stickyfied in the forums, as it hints the server crashes often.. when it does not, the server is usually quite good ... just trying to clear the forums up a little...
What do you think?

Re: Used: Server Crash Sticky?
Hmm... one of those good things/bad things... yeah...
Provided someone is on top of the cleaning out the old reports, it could be a good thing. It's possible there are certain bugs out there that could be crashing the server. If certain patterns emerge, like casting X spell or trying to do Y, it could point to a possible server crash bug that could then be tracked down and squashed. It would certainly keep the forum from filling up with server crash announcements, perhaps that would look better? Instead of 4-5 threads on server crashes, it's just one asking for crash reports in an attempt to track down bugs that cause crashes.
Again, if someone where really on top of it cleaning out the old reports, or at least reports that don't have a potential bug in, I think it could be a good thing.

That, or someone could post "server back up" after a crash and the server's running again.
