Used: Increase altar donation cap

Currently you can donate small amounts of coin, up to 1 000. I'd like to ask that there be 10k and 100k amounts possible. A few days ago I gave Andra 130k, and then 120k the next day. At 1k per turn, that meant hitting the altar two hundred and fifty times!
Given how much wealth epic characters have and not many ways to spend it once you have all the gear you need, donating to one's god is a viable means of draining wealth. Making it easier to donate large sums seems a good idea to me.

Currently scripting a way to do this via the VC system when right next to a Selected altar to your patron deity. The new way will let you choose the amount (even odd amounts). I'll be testing it after the next planned reset. If it works, I'll let you know.
