Soft Leather Boots

My monk/sd/assassin had an electrical damage immunity decrease popping on and off her character sheet..... and I finally figured out it was the soft leather boots from Smitty's giving that decrease.

So, how much is the decease? And why isn't it mentioned in the boots description?

It wasn't the boots.

Was it perhaps raining? I recently added a bit to the weather...if it's raining, you are slightly more vulnerable to electricity (5%) and slightly resistant to fire (3 points per 4 rounds).

It was, outside, but I went inside Smitty's and was in there a good while tyring to figure out what was causing the electrical decrease. Had no fire resistance either
