June 6: A little bonus for arcane archers

After the next planned reset, arcane archers will gain a minor ability: the power to summon one of three special arrows.

arrow focus d - Distrupting Arrow (if target is hit and fails a Will save (DC = 13 + AA level), target suffers 50% spell failure for 5 rounds)
arrow focus k - Knockdown Arrow (if target is hit and fails a Discipline check (DC = 13 + AA level), target is knocked down for 3 rounds)
arrow focus s - Silence Arrow (if target is hit and fails a Will save (DC = 13 + AA level), target is silenced for 5 rounds)

Rather than disrupting arrow (which sorta overlaps with the silence arrow as far as preventing spells) maybe a dispelling arrow?

Yes. Just one arrow (not one of each).
