Minor Suggestion...

The buffalo on the prairie drop "meat" when you kill them. For the "Food for a Feast" quest though, the barrel is looking for "A piece of meat". Could the buffalo be tweaked to drop that instead of the plain "meat"? All the other items required are obtainable within a reasonable distance from the Vale, but for the meat, you gotta go to Macedone's or Tradeholm's butcher.

I miss the Vale butcher....

Aside from all the items being non-stackable, and the process of transferring them all to the crate causing wrist pain and possible carpel tunnel, the above is another reason why I no longer bother with that quest.... unless I am *really* bored... which doesnt really happen with my limited playtime.

Would there be a way for the Quest Giver to offer some solid warning advice, or deny giving quests to those too anemic for the tasks assigned? I seem to have taken one that was somewhat above my capability, as the NPC involved dropped Aargyle in 3-4 rnds; a bit of a surprise to say the least.

Bison will now drop the correct type of meat item.

I can bring back the butcher. I'll have him open a shop.

Quest warnings: I think you are talking about the one where you go to Calithia. I can work a working into Kerril's conversation. You'll be able to finish that one within a few levels.
