euuuhhh! Where's my horse?
Newbie question!
I purchased a horse and a saddlebag in the Macedone area. Traveled with it and so on...was a lot of fun. I finally returned to the vale and decided to quit for the night. I looked for eihter a command or a spot dedicated into "parking: the horse but could not find anything related. I logged off but when i logged back in the next day ..no more "Daisy"....
1) Is this normal behaviour?
2) If no What did i miss
Appreciate the help

Re: euuuhhh! Where's my horse?
Welcome, kamengul! I hope you enjoy your stay here! Aenea is a great place to spend an hour or twenty, so we'll see you around!
As far as the horse question goes, I'm sure someone with relevant knowledge will be along shortly to answer your questions (sorry, but I have no practical experience with the horses ).

Re: euuuhhh! Where's my horse?
You missed a "stable area" *, just outside to the left(west) of Valorians Vale near farmer mard's house. Walk towards the barn area and a blue message will appear in the combat log saying you have entered a stable.
Dismount your horse, open and empty any saddlebag contents (lest thieves will steal all your stuff whilst your away) and type ;;horse stable in into the chatbar... your horse will be stabled for a small fee of 100gp and you can go to that stable and collect him when you next log in (with a possible server reset inbetween) by typing ;;horse stable out ... ...
Your problem looks like "normal" behaviour but is based off two assumptions by me:
either A) there was a server reset between you logging out and in, in which case on log-in you would have been taken to the astral conjunction and your horse would have been "cleaned away" into oblivion...
or B) whilst logged out your horse was stolen/killed by another PC/NPC, in which case you would have logged in exactly where you logged out, stood next to the empty spot where your horse should have been... ....
Hope that helps...
* There are many stable area's throughout Aenea and all give the combat-blue message when you have entered them, the one outside Valorians Vaale is best for newcomers as it's practically on your doorstep...
~ Some advice for a new player: keep an eye on your combat log for "multi-coloured-messages", stable area's are not the only bits of info that pop-up there ....

Got my answers!
First Thanks a lot for the answers provided.
I also got off my lazy butt and dug a bit deeper and found a nice article somwhere else on how the "horsing" worked...(although i dont know why when i typed "horse" in the search engine it did not pop up)
And just to make my luck run good i played with a great coach yesterday who taught me the ropes on a lot of stuff....
LOL!!! And just to put a nice cherry on top ...Went all the way to Macedone and bought a second horse. Went to the stable near the vale...Just as i was typing the command to stable it in....a dire rat from the goblin area (with the little girl kidnapped ) was coming our way. The horse started running toward it and attacked it. The dire rat had the luck of the bastards with it and got a critical....killing the horse....) Damn it . Back to grinding....... I will get my Horse...

Re: euuuhhh! Where's my horse?
There is a closer place to purchase a steed. Mountainholm Castle. There's also a fellow outside the walls that will sell you a set of saddlebags if you need them.
Re: euuuhhh! Where's my horse?
Oh my..you´re quiet unlucky when it comes to horses, hm?
And thanks for the flattering ( great coach..i might like that..)
