Server issues

Uhm, what´s the matter today? Server seems to be quiet instable...lighting storms again? 
(I hope your roof is still intact and your house is where it´s supposed to be,
!)
If it´s not lightning storms, then something is wrong here...lots of lag and several timeouts and a two hour server-down!? Hope everything is alright...
Well, three hours later now and nothing has changed...it´s impossible to be online for more than a few minutes before i get booted again...looks like there´s a serious problem...hm, i could try and leave the house and get a life, but then...propably not

Seems there was a problem with my cable company today. I noticed the loss of connection this morning (just before I left for student teaching), tried to call, and got an "all circuits are busy" message. I think a bunch of people were having the same issue.
My wife informed me the connection came back solid around lunchtime here in Arizona.
