New Semiclass Idea: Devourer of Souls
The quasi-opposite of the Dead Stalker, the Devourer of Souls embraces the macabre power that is death and decay. Most of those who go down this path are forever changed, never returning to but a shadow of who they once were. Power points are drawn off of Wisdom None of their powers can harm the undead, and the most powerful of them even possess a small fragment of their natural immunities. Vampires frequently become Devourer of Souls, as their abilities complement their thirst for blood. (Any creature that would normally be able to drop blood that is killed by a vampire using any of the Devourer of Souls's abilities is guaranteed to drop at least 1 vial)
All powers share a cooldown of 3 rounds, as the Devourer of Souls must regain their energy, force of will and presence of mind between uses as to keep the power under their control. In addition, the Devourer of Souls' Will Saves are reduced by an amount equal to their level for those three rounds.
Level 1 - Death's Embrace {Base Power Points = Wisdom Modifier} [5 Power Points] The Devourer of Souls reaches out to the target in an attempt to harm them with a deadly touch. Upon a successful touch attack, the Devourer of Souls does 3d6 negative damage and reduces their AB by 2 for 5 rounds unless they make a Fortitude Save vs. death [DC=10+ Devourer of Souls level+Wisdom modifier].
Level 2 {Base Power Points = 1.5xWisdom Modifier} (+1 Wisdom) - Death and Decay [10 Power Points] The Devourer of Souls conjures forth the essence of death to embrace a group of enemies around a selected target. Each enemy within a medium radius must make a fortitude save vs. death with the DC set as [Devourer of Souls Class Level + Wisdom Modifier +10) or be weakened by the essence, dealing 1d12 Negative Damage and reducing their skill rolls, AB and Damage by 2. A successful save halfs the damage and negates all negative effects except the penalty to skill rolls.
Level 3 {Base Power Pints =2.5xWisdom Modifier}- Consume Spirit [15 Power Points] The Devourer of Souls calls the soul of a targeted creature to him or herself. The target must make a fortitude save vs. death [DC of 10+ 1/2 of Wisdom modifier+ Devourer of Souls Level] or be reduced to 75% of their current health. A successful save reduce the target's life to 90% of it's current health. The Devourer of Souls is healed for the same amount as the damage dealt.
Level 4 {Base Power Points = 3xWisdom Modifier} - (+1 to Wisdom) Soul Reap [25 Power Points] The Devourer of Souls devours the entire soul of a creature with no hit dice higher than (Devourer of Souls level x 5 + Wisdom Modifier) unless they make a save vs. death (DC = 5+ Soul reaver level + 1/4 Wisdom Modifier, rounded down). A successful save reduces the effects to 4d10 negative damage and being stunned for 2 rounds. If a creature is killed by this ability, the Devourer of Souls heals for 25% of their health.
Level 5 {Base Power Points - 5xWisdom Modifier} - (+2 to Wisdom) (TBD. Probably Immunity to Death Magic, Fear or Disease/Poison) Mass Consume Spirit [50 Power Points] The Devourer of Souls reaches out to all creatures within a large radius around him and absorbs a part of their soul. All freatures in the area of effect must make a Fortitude save vs. death (DC=7+Devourer of Souls Level+3/4 Wisdom Modifier, rounded up) or have their health reduced by 15%. A successful save reduces their health by 5% instead. The Devourer of Souls regains health equal to the damage dealt.
Obviously, this is considerably potent. I'd definitely say it could be scaled down a bit, but I'm making this as a slower to use and much less frequently used, but more powerful semi-class. Thus the hefty Power Point costs and Cooldown timer. Even with a +20 modifier at level 5, it's only two uses of the level 5 ability or 4 uses of the level 4 ability. It's not meant to be used often like perhaps the Warhulk abilities can be (As you get quite a few power points and each use is only 10pts) but instead is there to offer powerful effects when they're needed most. I also wanted to see another semi-class that gave stat boosts to those that use them.
Of couse, this might make a neat Prestige Class too.... Use some sort of points calculator similar to the Firestarter and that would be awesome.

What two are based off charisma?
Deadstalker I know... MotMs are wisdom and charisma though if you mean that one as well.

Re: New Semiclass Idea: Devourer of Souls
Yeah, I was referring to that. I forgot when I wrote it (no internet access at that time, and I simply copy-pasted it) that MotM is Wisdom/Charisma.
There's always the option of Intelligence too, but that doesn't seem to fit (at least to me it doesn't)

Re: New Semiclass Idea: Devourer of Souls
I thought a soul-weaver was an individual who weaved the threads of souls, much like the threads of fate are weaved by specific entities.
Soul-weavers could be good or evil, but always focused on altering the souls of themselves or their enemies.
How the heck did undead pop up with soul-weavers, seriously? But then again Aenea doesn't have soul-weavers, so maybe Aenea would be different...

Re: New Semiclass Idea: Devourer of Souls
Ok, name changed, based on Anthroplayer's statements (which make perfect sense to me)
Stat changed to be Wisdom, as to reflect a suitable evil cleric design (which is, as stated, a quasi-opposite semi-class to the Dead-Stalker)
