Demon Spawn SR

Simple question, what is the Demon Spawn SR?
I Presume it's not the Level X 2 as on the website, and your to-do list shows it needing to change.
Is it level + 5? Cause I've got a 2nd level character with SR 7 apparently.

Yes, it's level +5. I get distracted by game bug fixes and stuff sometimes.

Something I've always wondered... is the demonspawn 30(35?)% xp penalty based off that 2X level SR ideal?
They have less SR than Drow and bright gnomes, not as much stat boosts as the bright gnomes, and no bonus feats like drow... yet they have far more XP penalty and damage vulnerability. They do get wings, but unliked winged elves/humans, the wings are random too so I could never quite see it adding that much more penalty.
