The Firehair Clans Projects

A certain merchant I met whilst leaving the peaceful tranquillity of Valorian's Vale told me of her clans craftmanship in building unique custom designed abodes explicitly for us adventurer types that like to have a flashy home. Now I know plenty of people own a house throughout the world, all those common people need somewhere to live and all them cities are built everywhere, but us adventurer types always like to do things bigger,better, bolder and a little differently to the common folk. I was told that for the measly price of 500,000gp that her clan could build me my dream home, exactly how I imagined it.
I gave it some thought and decided to get myself a proper home. My first house was built using swampwood in Mistborne and after she caught up with me my sister moved in to make it more homely. With the summer days getting longer, we decided to open our doors to the common nightraces. Drow, Vampires and Shadowchildren could all take refuge for the day inside the House of the Rising Sun in Mistborne, near the swamps.
Some years later, a friend of mine told me how her merchant family had left in her care a place of her own, the Grounds of Gratitude in Macedone to which she promptly opened the doors for the study of magics and for mage's to compete in Cert'Amen without destroying her fair city.

It has been several years since and as my list of friends and companions has grown, we decided that it was high time to repair and rebuild the House of the Rising Sun. The project was undertaken once more by the Firehair Clan with collective donations by my sister, several friends and myself. As thus the Grounds of the Rising Sun was built in place of the old house. A finely built and constructed shelter for any and all that wish to stop by.
It has become the collective home of several well known adventurers, including Grace Fularras, Valoriana Nailo, Tsetnoc Nowi, my sister and myself. The doors are still open for the common folk that may be hurt by the sun and they even have a common area dedicated just to them. Any area that is "off-limits" is protected by a strong warded and passworded magical door, which somehow are impervious to both knock and even disentegration.
I guess a general rule-of-thumb would be if you can get to it, you can be there.
