Rather than make Fleet of Foot an activatable ability, why not just make it give someone a .5m/sec base movement rate increase?

I believe that can be LETOed in (which would be awesome), but I'm not entirely sure... either way, I'd prefer not having to turn in on every five seconds....

Agreed. That feat has interesting potentia.l.... that is totally killed by the unattractively short duration, that results in re-using it (and losing a round of actions) when it constantly fades.

Make the duration one or two minutes, and then you have a pretty fricken sweet feat.

I've had it on a couple of mine... it actually doesn't use up a round of action. Run forward with the WASD keys (yes, know that's tabboo)... and activate FoF while running. It will activate without stopping you to do an "activate power" action.

I feel that my suggestion still stands as a better option... as if you increase your base movement speed, speed boosts then use your new base movement speed. Plus it's always active, so there's no constant reusing of it.

(much like monks can go at godlike speeds with haste and pure 40 monk. The base movement speed is increased then haste gives a 50% boost to that new base movement speed, resulting in such speeds)
