July 29, 2011: Fleet of Foot, Path of Fog, Rolling Thunder

Fleet of Foot:

With the next module update, the Fleet of Foot feat will be changing.

Current: on activation, gives a +50% movement rate increase for a short time
New: gives a constant +33% movement rate increase

path of fog:

After the next module update, this spell should be less buggy, with a new visual effect and mechanics (it should be a mobile Area of Effect around the caster).

rolling thunder:

This spell will be getting a minor visual update (a pale blue "pulse" visual effect when it fires each round).

Maybe. It uses the same effect, EffectMovementSpeedIncrease(), but as far as I know it does stack, up to a point.

It should then stack just like speedy boots do I believe. Will stack with monk/barbarian speed bonus, and if I recall, Dave and I tested and found that speedy boots DO stack with the speed bonus from haste, although the increase is a very small one.

And woohoo for the path of fog fix if it works as planned. It's actually a VERY good low level survivability enhancing spell, especially since at low levels you're whiffing half the time anyway... may as well make the baddies whiff too!
