The Ice Storm spell is calculating damage separately for each target. Would help a server a bit to have it roll damage once for all targets.

Just looked at the code for this spell, and it's calculating the damage once (well, once for bludgeoning and once for cold), then applying damages of the same amounts to all in the area.
