Cloaks and things

Greetings,
Seeing as how I grew up in the wilderness, I was never allowed to play with the really big swords and such. Ive heard of these magical cloaks that kinda take over some of the work for you. Im in need of a few of them and willing to pay handsomely or trade if I have what you may be looking for. Im also in the need of some clues as to where I may find a Glowing Ruby. Will also pay in kind for information leading to where I may find that as well.

I have no such cloaks to spare, but I can give you a hint about glowing rubies.

There is a legend that such gems gain an inner light due to exposure to powerful magic... in a ruby's case, the magic of a draconic essence whose color matches the color of the gem.

More specifically, a powerful spellcaster who has draconic heritage tied to that type of dragon. A spellcaster who has unlocked the power of that heritage.... among other arcane secrets.

I know of such a spellcaster. He lairs in a castle overlooking the sea. He is guarded by deadly creatures. If you seek him out, be well prepared.

Thank you kindly Master Crideas for the clues. They helped greatly in finding the Ruby.
Lady Luck has also blessed me in my search for some of the cloaks.
Some other items I have not yet seen in Aenea though would be these Gloves of skill at arms and the great versions of such gloves.

The gloves are quite rare, but sometimes appear for sale in various places.
