Dialogue Files (.dlg)
So, I need to open and view some .dlg files that were sent to me. I dont actually need to edit them, I just need to see them.
I tried notepade, and got a bunch of gibberish. I downloaded a dlgeditor, and the files opened, but the display resulotion of the program is apparently WAY beyond my video capabilities by default, and when I tried to change it nothing happened.
As I understand it, the toolset can allow me to view these files. The issue is they are not in .erf format for me to import, and when I browse resources for files to open they are not listed. So, I basically need either a stand alone program that can open and display them in a legible manner, or a way to get the toolset convo editor to see them.
Any ideas?

Re: Dialogue Files (.dlg)
Open nwhak.exe (it's in your NWN/utils folder).
Drag the dialog files into the hak editor window.
Save the hak file (use a filename of 16 characters or less) to your NWN/erf folder.
Close nwhak.
Go to your NWN/erf folder and change your hak file's extension from ".hak" to ".erf".
In the toolset, you should now be able to import your dialogs as conversations.

Wow... ok, so... I apparently was being less than intelligent...
I was setting the display resolution on the dlgeditor program to lower dpi (dots per inch) settings thinking that would make things bigger. Apparently it works the opposite way.... sigh... Problem solved.
