Text-file friendly VC Command List(s) ...

Updated - added the Tradeskill Alchemy Text Lists, streamlined them in accordance with 's new Alchemy page, found here!  Awww, yeah!

Updated - changed around the Tradeskill Runemaking Text Lists, streamlined them in accordance with 's new Runemaking page, found here!  Also set up the Tradeskill Tailoring Text Lists info, which will be constructed in accordance with 's new Tailoring page, found here!

Updated - fixed some typos that I discovered in the lists, as well as a reagent fix from !

Note - it may be a bit before I'm able to update any of the new lists, as my PC is dead and I don't have immediate access to my text notes, nor do I have much computer time now - suddenly I have to fight four littles and a spouse for access to the keyboard!

Just a thought as I did not see it on the list, but you might want to add the ;;ts alchemy update to the Alchemy List - I had to do a search in suggestion forum to find it as it isn't listed anywhere else than there.
It's the one used to update old elemental crystals to new ones.

Have you tried the command in-game, AoD? The last time I tried it was bugged, so I was waiting to add it until it works properly.

As soon as it's fixed, I'll pop it in there. Looks like leatherworking will be added sometime in the future, too.

Edited the lists and removed the VFX fang command for now, as it seems to be really, really bonked!

I also believe that the null voice set under the voice change thingie is bonked, as well.

Man, I miss this something bad! I look forward to a time when I can update these lists again!

Yah, I spoke to him the other night - doesn't look good for Aenea's return. I am saddened beyond saddened.

Any news you can share? I have been trying not to pester him about it, and waiting patiently.

Gentlemen, if I may offer a suggestion, I have found that a distant second (or 10,000th) to Aenea may be the modification of a former persistent world to suit one's tastes.  I have downloaded two such modules-that-used-to-be-persistent-worlds, Lord of Worm's "Arbor Falls" and "Classic Nordock."  I believe I got both of them on the Vault but I'd be happy to send them to you in their original, unaltered states.

Alternatively, I'd be happy to share with you the modifications I've made to these modules.  If you're familiar with the Aurora Toolset (and I suspect you're far more familiar with it than I am), you could modify the modules and perhaps gain enjoyable questing.  "Arbor Falls" is a bit more challenging for me to modify because of L.O.W.'s use of a scripting system for quests that I had not encountered before.

"Classic Nordock" is much easier to modify, and its total area is vast.

Just a thought.

FYI, folks, I continue to work on updating Nordock. I'm trying like heck to get rideable horses added, but keep hitting a wall. I like having the Stone of Recall available, but that and the horses have so far proven mutually exclusive. Will continue to try.

Hi, All.  An update.  I haven't had an awful lot of time to work on making the Classic Nordock (former) persistent world nicely playable, but this afternoon I had a small breakthrough: I was able to get horses and a stable system working using Urk's .erf download from the vault and Proleric's guide to adding horses from the NWN Wiki.

Previously I'd tried the download with the Italian scripts which does work, and nicely, but it requires two items to be carried in inventory.  Urk's version requires only one item.

However, I did this in an abbreviated version of the module (one I'm patching together by importing areas from the main module).  I'm doing it this way because "building" the module is faster if I do it incrementally it seems, and because I'm hoping I can avoid adding the significant number of areas from the original Classic Nordock that don't appear necessary.

If anyone is still watching here, I continue to work on Nordock.  In the short term, it would work best as a stand-alone module that I'd have to get to those interested via the cloud.  

At present it has horses, an honest to gosh quest, and a huge land area (pretty much the original, but with dead ends removed and other improvements).

It is very much an early NWN1 style PW/module.  The Orcs look cartoonish, for example, as do the Beholders.  I'll experiment with Project Q and other hak groupings to see if I can improve those.

It is in no way in the same class as Aenea, but it is diverting if you were playing NWN1 in 2002 to 2006.
