Used: Ring of Regen "balance"

With all due respect to AD, I do not like this change.

And this is not out of self-interest either, because I dont wear one.

I wear a custom ring that has only +1 regen, but it has other properties i wanted.

The ring of regeneration should be more powerful than this.

The sub-race regeneration and ioun stone regeneration are so slow that they have pratically no effect
at all worth talking about.

The ring was at least useful at +4.

At +1 sure, its better than sub-race regen or an ioun stone... but for the ring slot, there are MUCH
better things to have than just +1 regen.

+2 wouldnt be horrible... but +1 just dont cut it, in my opinion.

I think I will change it to +2. I was under the impression (from minor experimentation) that the rings effects would stack since you can wear stacked rings. Further testing just now proved otherwise.
