Feel like making a mess?

Have you got a PC with a decided disdain for certain enemies, or perhaps a penchant or passion for hunting a certain type of foe?

Post here with your PC's name, and your player name, as well as the types of enemies you enjoy hunting. If a DM catches you online.... you might just get treated to some smash-'em-up goodness of your preferred type

Alternatively, if you want to crawl through a dungeon disarming traps all the way.... or sneak past patrols of guardians to reach a treasure, etc... post that too, and you may (I repeat may, no guarantees) get a treat at some point.

RP requests are welcome too, but can be trickier to accomodate if you are looking for any sort of significant backstory for NPCs, etc... chances are, the most likely RP scenarios will involve impromptu meetings with unknown NPCs (no significant backstories, or at least very limited ones).

Actually, I would like to have Velvet do a dungeon crawl requiring disarming traps, unlocking doors, solving puzzles, bluffing, persuading, pickpocketing and deciphering riddles if you ever get a chance, and once I get back online, which should be soon!

I will put some thought into this. The traps shouldnt be a problem, but I think locks DCs are pre-set?

I am bad at puzzles, and only slightly less stinky with riddles (I usually steal them from other games I have played or books I have read)...

Bluffing and persuading I can do in smaller doses, and that could also involve the pickpocketing.... I will have to ponder it.

I can add some DM-specific VC commands for setting lock DCs in the next day or two.

That would certainly be cool. I have other ideas that we can discuss privately, too

Oh, and it doesn't have to be just Velvet, a dungeon crawl requiring cooperation and teamwork with all of the above and difficult set piece encounters would be icing on the cake!

I have been ruminating on some "Indiana Jones meets Tomb Raider" style ideas. As for who is involved that would more or less depend on who is online when I am, for the simple reason that I am not online as much as I would like to begin with, and it kinda sucks to be left out of one of the few DM events that gets run. That said, of course, there will be times where other factors preclude someone's participation (epic level baddies used in event that would stop a level 5 from being able to enjoy it, etc).

Having issues with online time currently, lots going on, my apologies. When I get some bigger chunks to invest in Aenea, I plan to work on the "Humiliate and Shame an Orcish Emperor project", but I will try to put together some impromptu shenanigans as well.
