Not Used: Tempest family of spells

Just a thought here. Seeing as the Tempest spells deal with things like wind and lightning; shouldn't they be available to druids (who are granted their spells by the goddess of Nature)?

Probably won't happen. Most of Tempest's spells are specific to wizards (Tempest was a mage that focused on weather spells). Deities don't often grant spells (especially offensive ones) to their followers that were devised by a non-priest. The only ones that have been adapted to such use are a couple of specialized defensive spells:
tempest's shielding wind (druids & clerics of Typhis (goddess of air)) - low level spell
tempest's stormshield (clerics of Borzig (god of weather)) - mid level spell

I figured there might be a reason druids didn't have access to them. Just thought I'd ask.
