Jan. 15, 2011: Minor Emote Addition

After the next planned server reset (sometime today), any PC holding a lute, tambourine, or pipes will be able to use a new VC emote command (..music) to play a few seconds of audible music.

Nothing major, just something a little fun. A possible future update will likely be made if I can find properly formatted .wav files for the other instruments.

Could the guitar be added too?

And also... did this change the music items themselves? Alastair now holds his guitar as if he's holding a dagger rather than holding his arm up so the guitar is in front of him as if he's going to play it... Same with the holdable book Morty sells.

I wonder if something changed when I made it so the fans could be dual-wielded as weapons. I'll check the 2da files tomorrow to see if I can figure it out.

As far as adding guitar sounds, I'll have to see if I can find some online and format them for NWN. The game is a little picky. The instruments already included just happen to have similar sounds already in the game resources.

What specifications does NWN want for the .wav files? I can do some searching for you, or convert what ones you have already to the right specs
