Storylines and Party Gatherings

I have not seen much on these recently, and was wanting to suggest some more Epic and non-Epic hooks, tales, and themes to be incorporated into the server. And while this is not a new suggestion, I offer it more as a reminder for optional variety.

While I was playing a year ago, some of those group events were quite thrilling, though I understand they could also be quite problematic. And there are those that do not wish to party with others, but may wish to have additional areas or DM interventions to shake up the usual Orc, Drow, or Beholder hunts.
