I've bought a diamond edition of NWN on Good old Games, just to play the World of Aenea, but, guess what? I cant log in due to "Your CD key is still in use,please wait 5 min and try again.". Ive tried all of the suggested methods from http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=494885&forum=87 , but none of them worked. Im not sure what causes this problem, but I think it may be connected with someone sharing my CD-keys. If its true, then how can I get other keys from Good old Games, since they may have given me the used keys.

on the GoG.com website, there's a "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. You could try going through that.

Having not used that service before I don't know how they'd handle it. They might even redirect you to contacting atari for cd key issues, if they don't handle the issue themselves.

I'd also recommend not saying 'sharing' when you contact them, lest a customer service rep glance over it and misread it as you intentionally gave the keys away. It could very likely be somebody used a keygen and just happened to get the key you got with your game. That's been known to happen especially with games that have been out for a good long while (and pirated a great deal)

Welcome (sort of) to Aenea!

I don't know if you've gotten multiplayer keys yet from GOG (support link)), so that might be the first route to go.

If you already have done this, perhaps you could contact them with this problem to see if they'll issue you a new set of keys.

And thanks for the compliment ("...just to play the World of Aenea..."). Smile

Hopefully we can get you into the game as soon as possible.

Thank you all very much for your help! The problem was that I didnt send a key-code request to the GoG support. I got it recently and Im now playing on Aenea.
