Aah! Cursed Items!

So, you've discovered the frustration of a cursed item.

To get rid of such an item, you will need to take 10,000 gold pieces to the priest at the temple of Lysis in the High District of Macedone. The priest will then take your gold and in return he will get rid of ALL your cursed items.

Is there any way of telling a cursed item before you put it on?

I've gotten 2 cursed items in 2 days and one of them I bought from a vendor.

There is no way to tell if an item is cursed before you equip it.

The one from the vendor was unwittingly sold by another player before it's curse was activated.

That is AWESOME!

Has this temple moved? I can't find it in the high district.

Different items have a different possibility of being cursed, often not only based on the specific item itself, but also by other factors as well. It is often beneficial to search for possibly cursed items, as the enchantments can often outweigh the negatives, especially if they are not cursed.

Well, at least you didn't lose your head in the process as well
