Shakes Fist at AZ Thunderstorms!

All I wanted was to play a little Aenea before bed and the workweek from hell next week.... but nooooo..... goddamn thunderstorms... *grumbles*

As one of my more recent co-workers just lost ca.$3500 worth of components plugged into a media center during such a generated surge, I can wait a little more patiently knowing that Aenea is more likely to return due to such cautious procedures....

Oh, trust me, I am not at all complaining about the procedures. Unplugging the server is the best and only way to be sure that a lightning strike wont fry the components. I've seen that crap happen too many times to count.

I do, however, reserve the right to complain about the reason such procedures are needed.

While not normally his mane concern, it is only a small feet to toss Hasted bolts around at rhythmic regular intervals, as per standard meter dictates.....

And speaking of thunderstorms... my half hour of net time tonight is about to be cut short by the storm I can literally see rolling my way.
