A note written in painfully neat letters reads as follows:
"Seeking 20 skulls from the living dead. Pay is 500 gold pieces per skull; bonuses paid for delivery in bulk (10 skulls = 7,500 gold pieces, 20 skulls = 15,000 gold pieces and a precious stone (+2 ability score ioun stone) to enhance an attribute of your choice). Contact Chiriel for delivery."

Once you've collected them just give me a time that'll work for ya and I'll try my best to be on to relieve you of them.

Aaaand done. My magic bags are full of the full twenty skulls, awaiting collection by someone with a far better purpose for them than I.
I'm very much a night person, so that would be best for picking them up.
And as a monk, I believe that a stone that enhances my wisdom would be best, if you have one of those to give.
